From a young age I had a keen interest in the working of the human body, especially of human movement. I went through a considerable back injury in my late teens which lead to consulting GPs, chiropractors and physiotherapists for lower back pain.

The incredible knowledge that they possessed spurred me onto a career in physical therapy. I was accepted to study Chiropractic in 2007, completing with a Master of Chiropractic in 2012 and quickly knew I had found my calling.

My studies of biomechanics, orthopaedics, neurology, rehabilitation and manual therapy give me the ability to break down conditions that my patients present with. Understanding the location of the injury, its tolerance, the causative and predisposing factors, and screening functional movements provides information that is used to create a plan of action. This can be done for a significant array of musculoskeletal (those of the muscles, tendons, ligaments and joints) conditions that are seen in clinic.

During my 5 year practice in Lichfield, my passion to help people improve their health and wellbeing has grown. Continued studies into orthopaedics, rehabilitation, soft tissue therapy, chiropractic spinal manipulative therapy and orthotics have provided me with an excellent platform from which I can guide people to Chase Health, Choose Life.

Now as a clinical director I endeavour to provide the most beneficial and effective practice possible for all patients at Chase Chiropractic Clinic.
